The Saratoga County’s Cornell Cooperative Extension has a Melvin D. Wrisley Memorial Scholarship due Sept. 15. The scholarship is for students with demonstrated interest in agriculture, satisfactory completion of at least one year of an accredited New York State College, character, leadership and service.
